Q: Non-Stop air pump only works when plugged in.
(the battery may have stopped holding the charge ?)
A: As the wire is not connected when you buy the product,
please open the battery cover and connect the red wire
to the battery. The back up battery can be charged
when the wire is connected.
Q: The suction cup on the Azoo bio-filter keeps releasing
from the wall of the tank. What can we do about it ?
A: We think the problem can be solved by putting some Vaseline
on the suction cup and a clear tank wall. Please clear
the tank wall, and wipe a little Vaseline on the suction
cup, then stick the suction cup on the tank wall.
We think it should be tight.

Q: What is the difference of 11 in 1 Super Bio Bacteria and PSB?
A: There are differences as below:
1. Usage: 11 in 1 Super Bio Bacteria
is for new set-up aquariums
to build up the bio decomposition system;
PSB is for mature tank or an old aquarium.
2. Functions: 11 in 1 helps decomposes of organic compound,
NH3 and NO2; while PSB helps decomposes
hydrogen sulfide, NH3 , NO2, and NO3.
3. 11 in 1 with the ingredients that promote fish metabolism,
disease resistance; PSB with the bacteria to work both in
aerobic and anaerobic (in the substrate) PSB also use for
adding in the food to feed and nourish the fish.
Q: I set up my 8 gallon planted tank on Saturday using the
Azoo Plant Grower Bed. Today Ive noticed a lot of bubbles
in the substrate Now there are various opinions on bubbles
in the substrate, so my question is :
What kind of bubbles are these ? Carbon Dioxide OR
Nitrogen Gas OR Hydrogen Sulphide ?
Please give me your advice and suggestions. Thanks
A: Thanks for your purchase and inquiry regard to our plant
glower bed. Because AZOO plant grower bed with plenty pores
on the surface of the soil which contains a lot of air.
When we set up the soil in the tank and the air bubble
will float out after we pour the water into the tank.
The air bubble is not the gas or carbon dioxide.
It is just like the normal air we breathe.
Q: Please kindly refer to the supply of PSB. However,
the sealed bottles are releasing very offensive odor.
Please send us your reply promptly for this.
A: It is normal that PSB with offensive odor.
Professionals use offensive odor as a way to check the
real PSB or not. There is no problem with the PSB product.

A: AZOO fish food has a 3 year shelf time; the specific items
such as Blood Worm and Tubifex have 2 years; Crystal
red shrimp food of MAX BREED & MAX GROWTH : 1 year;
ARTEMIA GEL SERIES: 1 year.
